SCAD wanted me to researched and contributed to the design of a vehicle that can withstand the test of time, especially with new emerging technologies being constantly developed. I will also constantly collaborated with other teams such as materials and industrial design teams.
I was the team leader for UX research and design team. My tasks were:
- Conducted primary and secondary research in order to pinpoint what the vehicle need for each of its 4 main interior zones.
- Researched about the target audience of the vehicle and their values.
- Contributed to the concept by doing concept sketch while also help building the foam 1:1 scale model. For the foam model, I mainly work on the dashboard, the console, and the steering wheel.
- User tested and collaborated with other teams and gather data through user testing, interview, and survey.
- Designed the client book for Tyr user testing.
